Conditions & Refunds policy

Article 1. Purpose of the contract
Rental contract for a round boat equipped with an electric motor, a parasol, and various accessories for user comfort. In the center of the boat, guests can enjoy meals such as paellas and other types of food, thanks to the boat’s adaptable and functional furniture.

Article 2. Rates
Prices are available on the website www.paellaboat.com, at the embarkation point, and by phone. Prices include VAT and accessories such as fuel, charcoal, plates, LED lights for night outings, a JBL speaker, and ice cubes.

Any quarter hour started after the contracted time will incur an additional cost of €50 from the first exceeded minute.

Article 3. Payment
Payment is made through the website www.paellaboat.com or on-site in cash/credit card. Full payment is required in a single installment.

Article 4. Safety and Security Deposit
A deposit of €500 must be paid by the renter on the day of rental via bank imprint or cash before boarding. This guarantees coverage for any damage or partial or total loss of items belonging to the boat caused by the renter.

  • If there are no damages or losses, the deposit will be returned after the boat is returned in the same condition.

  • If charges are less than the deposit, the difference will be refunded within 30 days.

  • If charges exceed the deposit, the full deposit will be withheld and the owner may claim the remaining amount.

  • In case of doubt regarding responsibility, the refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days following the expert report.

Article 5. Booking Conditions
Bookings are made via www.paellaboat.com or on-site. The client selects the date and time and pays the full amount to confirm the reservation. The deposit is paid on the day of the rental.

Article 6. Boat Return
The client must return the boat in the same clean condition. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged if it is not clean. Late return will incur a penalty of €50 for each started quarter hour.

Article 7. Inventory
An inventory will be carried out before departure and upon return. Any damage will be assessed as per Article 4.

Article 8. Insurance
The boat has comprehensive insurance with FIATC Mutua de Seguros y Allianz. Personal belongings are not covered.

Article 9. Boat Equipment
Includes: one life jacket per passenger, signal mirror, 3 flares, fog horn, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, anchor, tow rope, and national flag.

Article 10. Arrival and Boat Handover
The client must arrive 30 minutes in advance to receive instructions. Late arrival does not extend the rental time.

Article 11. Captain
The client will act as the captain (minimum 18 years old) or designate one. No license is required. A second person should be assigned for assistance. Maximum of 10 people on board.

Article 12. Onboard Rules
Prohibited: drugs, shisha, captain intoxication, fishing, animals, jumping from the edge. Smoking is only allowed at the front with an ashtray. Children must be supervised by adults. Use the boat responsibly.

Article 13. Environmental Respect
No waste should be thrown into the sea. Cigarettes must go in the ashtray; all other waste in provided bins.

Article 14. Renter's Responsibility
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or injury to the boat or passengers from handover until return.

Article 15. Assistance and Emergencies
In case of emergency, contact the company or call 900 202 202.

Article 16. Cancellation and Refund

  1. The client must notify cancellation at least 48 hours in advance.

  2. All bookings require a non-refundable €50 deposit.

  3. If canceled at least 48h in advance, the full amount minus the deposit will be refunded.

  4. If canceled with less than 48h notice, no amount will be refunded.

  5. If PaellaBoat.com cancels due to weather or other reasons, the client will be offered:

    • A new date at no additional cost.

    • A refund only for the booking amount, excluding the deposit.

  6. Changes to date or time must be requested at least 48h in advance and are subject to availability.

  7. If the canceled date is rebooked by another client, the full amount will be refunded except for the deposit.

Article 17. Boat Mooring
After leaving the port, the anchor can be dropped near the ski cable, dock, or beach. Mooring instructions will be provided upon arrival.

Article 18. Jurisdiction
For any dispute or contractual interpretation, the Courts of Valencia shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties waive any other applicable jurisdiction.
